Children of any age and ability can take part in swimming and that’s the great thing about swimming. For children with additional needs swimming is more accessible than any other sport. They become self-confident and believe in their abilities as swimming offers challenges and rewards accomplishments.

Learning to swim opens door to a range of other activities besides boosting their health, fun, and confidence. Kids become confident to take up amazing water related outdoor activities like Surfing, Kayaking, Canoeing, Scuba diving, Triathlon, Yachting etc.
